The team did a fantastic job! We are VERY happy with the results!I first called Douglas on a Wednesday and he came in person to see our floors two days later! He measured and gave us a very fair quote the same day. We had read many very good references for Costa Flooring and after meeting Douglas, we accepted the offer. Now it was up to us to pack and move everything out!We discussed different stain options and before the start of the project, the team came to our home to test colors. They sanded a section of the floor and put down six different stains for us to choose from. It was great to be able to see the colors in our own space!The team started sanding bright and early on a Tuesday and ended the day staining the floors. On Wednesday, they put down two coats of protective sealant and on Thursday a third. That’s it! Three days!The team was exceptionally efficient and very respectful of us and our home. I happen to pass the Douglas truck when driving home one day. When I called him he answered right away and came to my home the following day to discuss the work I wanted done and give me a quote.Douglas' quote was far superior to all the others, which left me with questions. Can he complete the job in the time and at the price he is quoting?WelI I took up Douglas and his quote. He said he would be at my home at 7:30am to start the job and have it completed by 4:00pm.To my surprise Douglas and his support staff were at my home at 7:20am which I appreciated. By being on time, it told me much about his work ethic and the pride he takes in his work. It's also important to note that I had ordered all the flooring and placed 80% of it in the basement. Before Douglas started he walked the basement, marked off sections, and started the project. His workmanship is impressive. Douglas and his staff completed laying the floor and installed the quarter round by 1:30 pm and cleaned up. The work was impressive, clean and neat. Selecting Douglas over 3 others was the best decision I made. My floor has now been installed for 7 months and I can say looks amazing and is holding up very well.
